You need to accept trust certificate.

1. Settings > General > Device Mangement\Profiles

2. Under ENTERPRISE APP, choose "SYNECHRON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED"

3. Tap > Trust "SYNECHRON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED"

4. Tap > "Trust" in pop up.
